Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress who is also a published author. She began her career on the soaps of daytime like One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later times, she had a variety of guest roles on primetime television. Andrea Navedo has been an American actor and singer since the 10th of October, 1977. She was born in the Bronx, New York in the United States. Navedo started her acting career in a daytime soap. Between 1995 and 1997, she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. In 1999, she was part of the crew of the CBS soap show Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was in the role of Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo was as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the year after. From 2001 until 2004 Navedo played a regular role on the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. In the following years, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of films, including El Cantante and Remember Me.
